RENEE + BEN
Caloundra is often overlooked when couples are getting married on the Sunshine Coast, and I can't imagine why. On a stunning day like Renee and Ben had for their wedding, I don't think they could have picked a more perfect location.
They both got ready with their bridal parties at Hound Dogs Beach House, on Tooway Lake, Moffat Beach.
The colour's in Renee's bridal bouquet were amazing. I love the touch of the little black berries.
Renee adored this ornate dresser in the main bedroom, it was the perfect spot to get ready before the ceremony.
The boys had the lower wing of the beach house to get ready. Ben's brother's proved to be a fun duo as his bestman and groomsman.
The ceremony set up by Princess Events down at Sir Leslie Wilson Park at Dicky Beach was simple and elegant. I think the burst of colour from the floral arrangements on the arbour was just right.
Ben's niece had the honour of being the flowergirl and for a three year old, she was incredible, no nerves at all.
Their furbaby Jess was the cutest ring bearer. She even had a red bow to match the colour theme.
We headed down to Dicky Beach for our first stop for photos. We were lucky to have the beach mainly to ourselves.
Our second and last location for Bridal Party photos was at the Kings Beach boat ramp on twilight.
How amazing does the dessert bar look!!!! Chocolate 2 Chilli was the genius behind it.
The Vue Room at Shearwater Resort was just the right size for their wedding reception.
Congratulations Renee and Ben. I wish you both a life full of love, laughter and happiness.
